Psalms 148:4
JPS-1917הַֽ֭לְלוּהוּ שְׁמֵ֣י הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם וְ֝הַמַּ֗יִם אֲשֶׁ֤ר ׀ מֵעַ֬ל הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃
Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, And ye waters that are above the heavens.
