JPS-1917כִּ֣י לֹ֤א עִנָּה֙ מִלִּבּ֔וֹ וַיַּגֶּ֖ה בְּנֵי־אִֽישׁ׃ {ס}
For He doth not afflict willingly, Nor grieve the children of men.
