JPS-1917אָמַ֣רְתִּי לַ֭הוֹלְלִים אַל־תָּהֹ֑לּוּ וְ֝לָרְשָׁעִ֗ים אַל־תָּרִ֥ימוּ קָֽרֶן׃
I say unto the arrogant 'Deal not arrogantly'; And to the wicked 'Lift not up the horn.'
