Kings 21:9
JPS-1917וַתִּכְתֹּ֥ב בַּסְּפָרִ֖ים לֵאמֹ֑ר קִֽרְאוּ־צ֔וֹם וְהֹשִׁ֥יבוּ אֶת־נָב֖וֹת בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃
And she wrote in the letters, saying: ‘Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth at the head of the people;
