JPS-1917הֹבִ֥ישׁ מוֹאָ֛ב כִּי־חַ֖תָּה (הילילי וזעקי) [הֵילִ֣ילוּ ׀ וּֽזְעָ֑קוּ] הַגִּ֣ידוּ בְאַרְנ֔וֹן כִּ֥י שֻׁדַּ֖ד מוֹאָֽב׃
Moab is put to shame, for it is dismayed; wail and cry; tell ye it in Arnon, that Moab is spoiled.
