JPS-1917וַיַּגִּ֙ישׁוּ֙ אֶת־שְׂעִירֵ֣י הַחַטָּ֔את לִפְנֵ֥י הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ וְהַקָּהָ֑ל וַיִּסְמְכ֥וּ יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
And they brought near the he-goats for the sin-offering before the king and the congregation, and they laid their hands upon them;
