Kings 43:13
JPS-1917וְנָטִ֣יתִי עַל־יְרוּשָׁלַ֗͏ִם אֵ֚ת קָ֣ו שֹׁמְר֔וֹן וְאֶת־מִשְׁקֹ֖לֶת בֵּ֣ית אַחְאָ֑ב וּמָחִ֨יתִי אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֜͏ִם כַּאֲשֶׁר־יִמְחֶ֤ה אֶת־הַצַּלַּ֙חַת֙ מָחָ֔ה וְהָפַ֖ךְ עַל־פָּנֶֽיהָ׃
And I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of Samaria, and the plummet of the house of Ahab; and I will wipe Jerusalem as a man wipeth a dish, wiping it and turning it upside down.

KOREN
And I will stretch over Yerushalayim the measuring line of Shomeron, and the plummet of the house of Aĥ᾽av: and I will wipe Yerushalayim as a man wipes a dish, wiping it, and turning it upside down.
