Jeremiah 48:39
JPS-1917אֵ֥יךְ חַ֙תָּה֙ הֵילִ֔ילוּ אֵ֛יךְ הִפְנָה־עֹ֥רֶף מוֹאָ֖ב בּ֑וֹשׁ וְהָיָ֥ה מוֹאָ֛ב לִשְׂחֹ֥ק וְלִמְחִתָּ֖ה לְכׇל־סְבִיבָֽיו׃ {ס}
’How is it broken down!’ wail ye! ‘How hath Moab turned the back with shame!’ So shall Moab become a derision and a dismay to all that are round about him.

They shall howl, saying, How is it broken down! how has Mo᾽av turned her back with shame! so shall Mo᾽av be a derision and a cause of despair to all them about him.
