Jeremiah 28:4
JPS-1917וְאֶת־יְכׇנְיָ֣ה בֶן־יְהוֹיָקִ֣ים מֶלֶךְ־יְ֠הוּדָ֠ה וְאֶת־כׇּל־גָּל֨וּת יְהוּדָ֜ה הַבָּאִ֣ים בָּבֶ֗לָה אֲנִ֥י מֵשִׁ֛יב אֶל־הַמָּק֥וֹם הַזֶּ֖ה נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֑ה כִּ֣י אֶשְׁבֹּ֔ר אֶת־עֹ֖ל מֶ֥לֶךְ בָּבֶֽל׃
and I will bring back to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went to Babylon, saith the LORD; for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.’

And I will bring again to this place Yekhonya the son of Yehoyaqim, king of Yehuda, with all the captives of Yehuda, that went into Bavel, says the Lord: for I will break the yoke of the king of Bavel.
