JPS-1917מִמֵּ֣ךְ יָצָ֔א חֹשֵׁ֥ב עַל־יְהֹוָ֖ה רָעָ֑ה יֹעֵ֖ץ בְּלִיָּֽעַל׃ {ס}
Out of thee came he forth, That deviseth evil against the LORD, That counselleth wickedness.

There is one come out of thee, that contrives evil against the Lord, a wicked counsellor.
