שַׁ֭סֻּהוּ כׇּל־עֹ֣בְרֵי דָ֑רֶךְ הָיָ֥ה חֶ֝רְפָּ֗ה לִשְׁכֵנָֽיו׃

All that pass by the way spoil him; He is become a taunt to his neighbours.
