JPS-1917רָ֭אִיתִי רָשָׁ֣ע עָרִ֑יץ וּ֝מִתְעָרֶ֗ה כְּאֶזְרָ֥ח רַעֲנָֽן׃
I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a leafy tree in its native soil.
