詩篇 14:2
JPS-1917יְֽהֹוָ֗ה מִשָּׁמַיִם֮ הִשְׁקִ֢יף עַֽל־בְּנֵי־אָ֫דָ֥ם לִ֭רְאוֹת הֲיֵ֣שׁ מַשְׂכִּ֑יל דֹּ֝רֵ֗שׁ אֶת־אֱלֹהִֽים׃
The LORD looked forth from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of understanding, that did seek after God.

The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that understood, and sought God.
