JPS-1917מִי־שָׁ֭ת בַּטֻּח֣וֹת חׇכְמָ֑ה א֤וֹ מִֽי־נָתַ֖ן לַשֶּׂ֣כְוִי בִינָֽה׃
Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? Or who hath given understanding to the mind?
