ヨブ記 36:13
JPS-1917וְֽחַנְפֵי־לֵ֭ב יָשִׂ֣ימוּ אָ֑ף לֹ֥א יְ֝שַׁוְּע֗וּ כִּ֣י אֲסָרָֽם׃
But they that are godless in heart lay up anger; They cry not for help when He bindeth them.

But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath: they do not cry when he binds them.
