イザヤ書 32:16

וְשָׁכַ֥ן בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה בַּכַּרְמֶ֥ל תֵּשֵֽׁב׃

Then justice shall dwell in the wilderness, And righteousness shall abide in the fruitful field.
