JPS-1917וָאֵצְאָ֨ה בְשַֽׁעַר־הַגַּ֜יְא לַ֗יְלָה וְאֶל־פְּנֵי֙ עֵ֣ין הַתַּנִּ֔ין וְאֶל־שַׁ֖עַר הָאַשְׁפֹּ֑ת וָאֱהִ֨י שֹׂבֵ֜ר בְּחוֹמֹ֤ת יְרוּשָׁלַ֙͏ִם֙ אֲשֶׁר־[הֵ֣ם ׀ פְּרוּצִ֔ים] (המפרוצים) וּשְׁעָרֶ֖יהָ אֻכְּל֥וּ בָאֵֽשׁ׃
And I went out by night by the valley gate, even toward the dragon’s well, and to the dung gate, and viewed the walls of Jerusalem, which were broken down, and the gates thereof were consumed with fire.

And I went out by night by the gate of the valley, even before the dragon’s well, and to the dung gate, and viewed the walls of Yerushalayim, which were broken down, and its gates which had been destroyed by fire.
