Isaiah 3:4
JPS-1917וְנָתַתִּ֥י נְעָרִ֖ים שָׂרֵיהֶ֑ם וְתַעֲלוּלִ֖ים יִמְשְׁלוּ־בָֽם׃
And I will give children to be their princes, And babes shall rule over them.
