Psalms 59:7
JPS-1917יָשׁ֣וּבוּ לָ֭עֶרֶב יֶהֱמ֥וּ כַכָּ֗לֶב וִיס֥וֹבְבוּ עִֽיר׃
They return at evening, they howl like a dog, and go round about the city.
