Psalms 18:28
JPS-1917כִּֽי־אַ֭תָּה עַם־עָנִ֣י תוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְעֵינַ֖יִם רָמ֣וֹת תַּשְׁפִּֽיל׃
For Thou dost save the afflicted people; but the haughty eyes Thou dost humble.
