לִבִּי֙ לְחוֹקְקֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל        הַמִּֽתְנַדְּבִ֖ים בָּעָ֑ם בָּרְכ֖וּ יְהֹוָֽה׃        

My heart is toward the governors of Israel, That offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD.
