Genesis 17:14
JPS-1917וְעָרֵ֣ל ׀ זָכָ֗ר אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־יִמּוֹל֙ אֶת־בְּשַׂ֣ר עׇרְלָת֔וֹ וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא מֵעַמֶּ֑יהָ אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֖י הֵפַֽר׃ {ס}
And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken My covenant.’

וערל זכר. כָּאן לִמֵּד שֶׁהַמִּילָה בְּאוֹתוֹ מָקוֹם שֶׁהוּא נִכָּר בֵּין זָכָר לִנְקֵבָה (בראשית רבה):
אשר לא ימול. מִשֶּׁיַּגִּיעַ לִכְלַל עֳנָשִׁין וְנִכְרְתָה; אֲבָל אָבִיו אֵין עָנוּשׁ עָלָיו כָּרֵת, אֲבָל עוֹבֵר בַּעֲשֵׂה:
ונכרתה הנפש. הוֹלֵךְ עֲרִירִי וּמֵת קֹדֶם זְמַנּוֹ (שבת כ"ד):

KOREN
And the uncircumcised manchild the flesh of whose foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he has broken My covenant.
