Chronicles 16:17
JPS-1917וַיַּעֲמִידֶ֤הָ לְיַֽעֲקֹב֙ לְחֹ֔ק לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָֽם׃
And He established it unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant;
