Book of the Twelve 67:16
JPS-1917בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא יֵאָמֵ֥ר לִירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם אַל־תִּירָ֑אִי צִיּ֖וֹן אַל־יִרְפּ֥וּ יָדָֽיִךְ׃
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: ‘Fear thou not; O Zion, let not thy hands be slack.
