Book of the Twelve 38:13
JPS-1917וְזֹאת֙ שֵׁנִ֣ית תַּעֲשׂ֔וּ כַּסּ֤וֹת דִּמְעָה֙ אֶת־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהֹוָ֔ה בְּכִ֖י וַאֲנָקָ֑ה מֵאֵ֣ין ע֗וֹד פְּנוֹת֙ אֶל־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה וְלָקַ֥חַת רָצ֖וֹן מִיֶּדְכֶֽם׃
And this further ye do: Ye cover the altar of the LORD with tears, With weeping, and with sighing, Insomuch that He regardeth not the offering any more, Neither receiveth it with good will at your hand.

KOREN
And this is the second thing you do: you cover the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping, and with sighing, because he will not regard the offering any more, or receive it with good will at your hand.
