Book of the Twelve 22:12
JPS-1917(אכתוב) [אֶ֨כְתׇּב־]ל֔וֹ (רבו) [רֻבֵּ֖י] תּוֹרָתִ֑י כְּמוֹ־זָ֖ר נֶחְשָֽׁבוּ׃
Though I write for him never so many things of My Law, they are accounted as a stranger’s.
