Psalms 94:20
JPS-1917הַֽ֭יְחׇבְרְךָ כִּסֵּ֣א הַוּ֑וֹת יֹצֵ֖ר עָמָ֣ל עֲלֵי־חֹֽק׃
Shall the seat of wickedness have fellowship with Thee, Which frameth mischief by statute?
