JPS-1917וְעַ֨ל־צְבָ֔א מַטֵּ֖ה בְּנֵ֣י אָשֵׁ֑ר פַּגְעִיאֵ֖ל בֶּן־עׇכְרָֽן׃
And over the host of the tribe of the children of Asher was Pagiel the son of Ochran.
