Isaiah 32:8
JPS-1917וְנָדִ֖יב נְדִיב֣וֹת יָעָ֑ץ וְה֖וּא עַל־נְדִיב֥וֹת יָקֽוּם׃ {ס}
But the liberal deviseth liberal things; And by liberal things shall he stand.
