Deuteronomy 15:3
JPS-1917אֶת־הַנׇּכְרִ֖י תִּגֹּ֑שׂ וַאֲשֶׁ֨ר יִהְיֶ֥ה לְךָ֛ אֶת־אָחִ֖יךָ תַּשְׁמֵ֥ט יָדֶֽךָ׃
Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it; but whatsoever of thine is with thy brother thy hand shall release.
