Chronicles 48:5
JPS-1917וַיַּעֲמֵ֨ד שֹׁפְטִ֜ים בָּאָ֗רֶץ בְּכׇל־עָרֵ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה הַבְּצֻר֖וֹת לְעִ֥יר וָעִֽיר׃
And he set judges in the land throughout all the fortified cities of Judah, city by city,
