Book of the Twelve 47:8
JPS-1917וּבְשֶׁ֣טֶף עֹבֵ֔ר כָּלָ֖ה יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה מְקוֹמָ֑הּ וְאֹיְבָ֖יו יְרַדֶּף־חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃
But with an overrunning flood He will make a full end of the place thereof, And darkness shall pursue His enemies.
