Psalms 102:20

כִּֽי־הִ֭שְׁקִיף מִמְּר֣וֹם קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה מִשָּׁמַ֤יִם ׀ אֶל־אֶ֬רֶץ הִבִּֽיט׃

For he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the Lord behold the earth;
