Job 39:7
JPS-1917יִ֭שְׂחַק לַהֲמ֣וֹן קִרְיָ֑ה תְּשֻׁא֥וֹת נֹ֝גֵ֗שׂ לֹ֣א יִשְׁמָֽע׃
He scorneth the tumult of the city, Neither heareth he the shoutings of the driver.
