JPS-1917וְה֤וּא מְסִבּ֨וֹת ׀ מִתְהַפֵּ֣ךְ בְּתַחְבּוּלֹתָ֣ו לְפׇעֳלָ֑ם כֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר יְצַוֵּ֓ם ׀ עַל־פְּנֵ֖י תֵבֵ֣ל אָֽרְצָה׃
And they are turned round about by His guidance, That they may do whatsoever He commandeth them Upon the face of the habitable world:
