JPS-1917הֵ֤ן יַעְצֹ֣ר בַּמַּ֣יִם וְיִבָ֑שׁוּ וִ֝ישַׁלְּחֵ֗ם וְיַ֖הַפְכוּ־אָֽרֶץ׃
Behold, He withholdeth the waters, and they dry up; Also He sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.
