Isaiah 62:3
JPS-1917וְהָיִ֛ית עֲטֶ֥רֶת תִּפְאֶ֖רֶת בְּיַד־יְהֹוָ֑ה (וצנוף) [וּצְנִ֥יף] מְלוּכָ֖ה בְּכַף־אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃
Thou shalt also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD, And a royal diadem in the open hand of thy God.
