JPS-1917וּבְכׇל־דִּ֣י (דארין) [דָֽיְרִ֣ין] בְּֽנֵי־אֲ֠נָשָׁ֠א חֵיוַ֨ת בָּרָ֤א וְעוֹף־שְׁמַיָּא֙ יְהַ֣ב בִּידָ֔ךְ וְהַשְׁלְטָ֖ךְ בְּכׇלְּה֑וֹן (אנתה) [אַ֨נְתְּ־]ה֔וּא רֵאשָׁ֖ה דִּ֥י דַהֲבָֽא׃
and wheresoever the children of men, the beasts of the field, and the fowls of the heaven dwell, hath He given them into thy hand, and hath made thee to rule over them all; thou art the head of gold.
