Chronicles 13:1
JPS-1917וַיִּוָּעַ֣ץ דָּוִ֗יד עִם־שָׂרֵ֧י הָאֲלָפִ֛ים וְהַמֵּא֖וֹת לְכׇל־נָגִֽיד׃
And David consulted with the captains of thousands and of hundreds, even with every leader.
