Book of the Twelve 59:2
JPS-1917וְגַם־חֲמָ֖ת תִּגְבׇּל־בָּ֑הּ צֹ֣ר וְצִיד֔וֹן כִּ֥י חָֽכְמָ֖ה מְאֹֽד׃
And Hamath also shall border thereon; Tyre and Zidon, for she is very wise.
