Book of the Twelve 5:9
JPS-1917הַמַּבְלִ֥יג שֹׁ֖ד עַל־עָ֑ז וְשֹׁ֖ד עַל־מִבְצָ֥ר יָבֽוֹא׃
That causeth destruction to flash upon the strong, So that destruction cometh upon the fortress.
