Book of the Twelve 21:15
JPS-1917וַאֲנִ֣י יִסַּ֔רְתִּי חִזַּ֖קְתִּי זְרוֹעֹתָ֑ם וְאֵלַ֖י יְחַשְּׁבוּ־רָֽע׃
Though I have trained and strengthened their arms, Yet do they devise evil against Me.
