Psalms 9:7
JPS-1917הָֽאוֹיֵ֨ב ׀ תַּ֥מּוּ חֳרָב֗וֹת לָ֫נֶ֥צַח וְעָרִ֥ים נָתַ֑שְׁתָּ אָבַ֖ד זִכְרָ֣ם הֵֽמָּה׃
O thou enemy, the waste places are come to an end for ever; And the cities which thou didst uproot, Their very memorial is perished.

The enemies are come to an end, in perpetual ruins: for Thou hast destroyed the cities; their memorial is perished.
