וּבַֽת־צֹ֨ר ׀ בְּ֭מִנְחָה פָּנַ֥יִךְ יְחַלּ֗וּ עֲשִׁ֣ירֵי עָֽם׃

And, O daughter of Tyre, the richest of the people Shall entreat thy favour with a gift.'
