Psalms 138:6
JPS-1917כִּי־רָ֣ם יְ֭הֹוָה וְשָׁפָ֣ל יִרְאֶ֑ה וְ֝גָבֹ֗הַּ מִמֶּרְחָ֥ק יְיֵדָֽע׃
For though the LORD be high, yet regardeth He the lowly, And the haughty He knoweth from afar.
