Job 38:4
JPS-1917אֵיפֹ֣ה הָ֭יִיתָ בְּיׇסְדִי־אָ֑רֶץ הַ֝גֵּ֗ד אִם־יָדַ֥עְתָּ בִינָֽה׃
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast the understanding.
