JPS-1917צֹרֵֽר־מַ֥יִם בְּעָבָ֑יו וְלֹֽא־נִבְקַ֖ע עָנָ֣ן תַּחְתָּֽם׃
He bindeth up the waters in His thick clouds; And the cloud is not rent under them.
