JPS-1917אַתֶּ֗ם לְכ֨וּ קְח֤וּ לָכֶם֙ תֶּ֔בֶן מֵאֲשֶׁ֖ר תִּמְצָ֑אוּ כִּ֣י אֵ֥ין נִגְרָ֛ע מֵעֲבֹדַתְכֶ֖ם דָּבָֽר׃
Go yourselves, get you straw where ye can find it; for nought of your work shall be diminished.’

אתם לכו קחו לכם תבן. וּצְרִיכִים אַתֶּם לֵילֵךְ בִּזְרִיזוּת,
כי אין נגרע מעבדתכם דבר, מִכָּל סְכוּם לְבֵנִים שֶׁהֱיִיתֶם עוֹשִׂים לַיּוֹם בִּהְיוֹת הַתֶּבֶן נִתָּן לָכֶם מְזֻמָּן מִבֵּית הַמֶּלֶךְ:
אתם לכו קחו לכם תבן GO, YE, TAKE TO YOURSELVES STRAW — and you will have to go pretty quickly, כי אין נגרע מעבודתכם דבר FOR THERE SHALL NOT BE DIMINISHED OF YOUR WORK A SINGLE THING from the whole total of bricks which you used to make daily when straw was supplied to you, ready to use, from the king’s store.
