Ecclesiastes 5:4
JPS-1917ט֖וֹב אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־תִדֹּ֑ר מִשֶּׁתִּדּ֖וֹר וְלֹ֥א תְשַׁלֵּֽם׃
Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
