Ecclesiastes 11:4
JPS-1917שֹׁמֵ֥ר ר֖וּחַ לֹ֣א יִזְרָ֑ע וְרֹאֶ֥ה בֶעָבִ֖ים לֹ֥א יִקְצֽוֹר׃
He that observeth the wind shall not sow; And he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
